In their new partnership, Uber EMEA parents gain free access to Canopie’s evidence-based platform that connects them with clinical therapeutic techniques targeted specifically to the unique mental and emotional challenges of new parents. The multi-language platform also includes personal stories from real parents and tips for how to manage the most common parenting obstacles, including balancing work and maintaining a sense of identity. For those in crisis, it connects parents to emergency support.

Canopie’s app creates personalized 12-day programs for expecting and new parents based on clinically-validated techniques that are proven to be effective for reducing anxiety and depression during the perinatal period. The app is available in English and Spanish and is audio and text-based with sessions ranging from 1-4 minutes, to accommodate the very busy and often unpredictable schedules of expecting and new parents.
